What clients usually ask
How long does installation take?
Installing 4 to 8 cameras usually takes a single day. Larger projects or industrial facilities may need two days to a week depending on the extent of cabling. We give an exact duration in the quote after the survey.
Do prices include both supply and installation?
Yes. All quoted prices cover equipment supply, installation, cabling, commissioning and training. The only exclusions are civil works, excavation or crane hire, and these are stated explicitly in the quote if required.
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We warrant installation work for one to two years depending on the package, alongside the manufacturer's equipment warranty (typically two years). It covers installation and cabling defects, and equipment faults not caused by misuse.
Can I view the cameras from my phone?
Yes — all our systems support live viewing and recorded playback from a mobile app on Android and iOS. We set it up, activate it and walk you through it before handover at no extra charge.
Do you comply with Saudi regulations on camera installation?
We follow the applicable rules in the Kingdom on mounting positions, field-of-view limits, footage retention and respecting the privacy of neighbours and passers-by. During the survey we guide you to permitted positions and avoid any angle that captures others' property.
What if a camera fails after installation?
Contact us and we'll diagnose remotely first. If a site visit is needed we arrive within 24 hours inside the main cities. Faults covered by warranty are repaired at no cost.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance contracts?
Yes. Our annual contracts run between 8% and 12% of system value and include scheduled visits, lens cleaning, storage drive checks, software updates and priority fault response.
